Policy

Shipping.

Every WarpedBed order is hand-printed to order in a small Washington studio, then shipped with tracking. Here's how timing, regions, and delivery work.

▌ Processing / lead time

Because pieces are made to order, each product page shows its own lead time — the time we need to print, finish, and pack it before it ships. That lead time is separate from carrier transit time: total arrival ≈ lead time + shipping time.

▌ Where we ship from

All orders ship from our studio in Washington, USA.

▌ Where we ship to

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping isn't available yet — it's on the roadmap, and we'll update this page when it opens up.

▌ Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order — no surprise fees after you pay.

▌ Carrier & tracking

Orders ship via standard US carriers (typically USPS or UPS). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created, and another note when it's on the way.

▌ Delays

Now and then a print fails or a complex piece runs long. If your order will take noticeably longer than its listed lead time, we'll email you — we won't leave you guessing.

▌ Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right — see Returns & refunds for how to start a replacement (no need to send the broken piece back).
